Finding balance between sharing what we are doing and actually building our saas. Since no one knows us, we want to build in public but we are realizing that we spend too much time doing this. That’s why we are reconducting our efforts.
What is the essential to launch? Partner in crime communities and health dashboard. We started a mastermind with another team and we committed to have ready the health tracker/dashboard in a week time period.
Other topics that we covered were to add a feeback formulary in the application and to test the whole user journey thoroughly. We wanted to have deadlines for May but ended up going a bit with the flow. We keep on learning! 💪

Encontrando el equilibrio entre compartir lo que estamos haciendo y construir realmente nuestro saas. Como no nos conoce ni el vecino, queremos construir en público, pero nos estamos dando cuenta de que nos consume más tiempo del que queremos dedicarle ahora. Por eso estamos reconduciendo nuestros esfuerzos.
¿Qué es lo esencial para el lanzamiento? Mini comunidades de rendición de cuentas y el panel de salud. Empezamos un mastermind con otro equipo y nos comprometimos a tener listo el tracker/panel de salud en un periodo de tiempo de una semana.
Otros temas que tratamos fueron añadir un formulario de feedback en la aplicación y probar a fondo todo el recorrido del usuario. Queríamos tener plazos para mayo, pero acabamos dejándonos llevar un poco por la corriente. ¡Seguimos aprendiendo! 💪
